Pallacio Jewelry specializes in creating custom jewelry, realizing any ideas, sketches or samples of clients. It also offers a wide range of ready-made collection jewelry.

We work only with jewelry metals such as: silver, white, yellow, 14k 18k 22k gold, and 950 platinum. We also inlay any precious and semi-precious stones to create stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces. All pieces bear a hallmark of metal authenticity, as well as all stones, including diamonds, will be issued certificates of authenticity

To order a custom design, please contact us in the CUSTOM ORDER section with your specific requirements. After agreeing on the design and calculating the approximate total price of the future jewelry, we will send you PayPal to pay for the first stage - 3D modeling. Once the model is fully approved by you, we will send a link to pay for the next and final stage - casting and finishing. This will be either a 50% advance payment and the rest after the product is fully made, or a 100% advance payment (depending on your preference). Creating a piece of jewelry from scratch takes an average of 2-2.5 weeks, depending on its complexity.

We primarily accept payments via PayPal for both custom designs and catalog purchases. For custom orders, a separate PayPal invoice will be issued.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Our primary markets are Europe, the UK, and the USA, but we are happy to ship to other countries as well.

Delivery time depends on your location and the type of order. Production and delivery of fully custom ideas can take up to 4-6 weeks. Orders for collection or catalog samples will be made and delivered within 3-4 weeks. Also, for a higher price, there is a possibility of expedited delivery, which will be on average 1 week faster.

We accept returns and exchanges on ready-made items within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or a refund.
